Some people told me, there are four kinds of people. The first is he knows he can. The second is he knows he can’t. The third is he doesn’t know he can. The fourth is he doesn’t know that he can’t. And the worst is the third one, because he is so stupid that he doesn’t know he is smart. So is he smart or dumb?
